How do I create an account?
Click "Register Free" in the top right corner of any page, fill in your username, email and a password, and you're done. Registration takes under 30 seconds and is completely free.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Since VirexoPlay currently stores all account data in your browser's local storage, account recovery requires you to contact our support team at support@virexoplay.com. In a future update, we'll add self-service password reset.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Each person is permitted one account per device. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional welcome coin bonuses violates our Community Guidelines.
What are virtual coins?
Virtual coins are the in-game currency of VirexoPlay. They have absolutely no real monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed for anything of real-world value.
How do I earn more coins?
You earn coins by winning games. Each game has different payout rates. If your balance reaches zero, you can create a new account to receive the 5,000 welcome bonus again.
Why can't I buy coins?
By design, VirexoPlay does not offer any paid features. This is a core part of our commitment to being a free, responsible entertainment platform with no financial risk.
How does poker work on VirexoPlay?
Our Texas Hold'em game is a simplified single-player simulation. You receive two hole cards, then move through the pre-flop, flop, turn, and river betting rounds. Your best 5-card hand is evaluated against the dealer's hand to determine the winner.
Are the slot outcomes fair?
Yes. All slot outcomes are determined by a client-side random number generator using JavaScript's Math.random(). The symbols have weighted probabilities (higher-value symbols appear less frequently).
What bets can I place in Roulette?
You can bet on Red/Black, Odd/Even, Low (1-18)/High (19-36), three Dozens, or on Zero directly. Each bet type has different payout rates as displayed on the game page.
How is my data stored?
VirexoPlay stores your account information (username, email, hashed preferences, and coin balance) in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can clear your account data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage via browser settings. Alternatively, contact us at legal@virexoplay.com and we'll assist with data removal.
