You must be at least 18 years of age to use VirexoPlay. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. VirexoPlay may request verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend accounts where age requirements cannot be confirmed.
VirexoPlay is a free social entertainment platform offering virtual card and table game simulations. The Platform operates exclusively using virtual coins ("Coins") which have no real monetary value. VirexoPlay is not a gambling platform and does not operate under any gambling licence.
Coins are a virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money or any other goods or services of value. VirexoPlay grants you a limited, revocable licence to use Coins solely for in-Platform entertainment purposes.
Under no circumstances does the Platform involve real money, real prizes, or anything of monetary value. Any winnings, losses, or transactions displayed on the Platform are entirely virtual and have no financial significance.
You may register one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

All content on the Platform, including game designs, graphics, code, and text, is owned by or licenced to VirexoPlay. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VirexoPlay makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirexoPlay disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
VirexoPlay may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Virtual coin balances associated with terminated accounts are forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
